Clients have said:
“ I was at a point in my life where I was just ready to give up. I didn’t want to be spending the
rest of my life on the pot. This tears away at your sense of who you are so badly, your
self-esteem. Babies wet their pants, not adults. If I’m doing this, there’s something wrong with
me. I’m not doing something right.” Ann W.
“I was somewhat apprehensive at my first introduction to the Bladder Fitness Program. I saw
Jennifer at her office where the computer monitored every movement of the area being treated. I
could see it was just a matter of self-discipline and good instruction by the teacher.” Barb M.
“ I didn’t think there was anything to do but surgery and I didn’t want that because friends I know
had it and it only helped for awhile. It helped so much to know there was something I could do to
work on this and get control back. I feel so much better! Now that I have control again.” Chris

Perhaps as many as one in four women of
childbearing age, one of every two women after menopause, and one of every five men over 60
have bladder control problems.
- Does your bladder leak a little when you
cough, sneeze, laugh, pick something up or get out of a chair?
- Do you sometimes lose bladder control on
your way to the bathroom?
- Do you shop based on which stores have
rest rooms open to the public?
- Does loss of bladder control cause you
embarrassment?
If so, you are
not alone. Urinary incontinence, the unwanted loss of bladder control, affects millions of
adults. It affects men and women, young and old.
- If you have an “over active Bladder” Jennifer
helps you learn to control that “gotta go, gotta go” urge. You can actually learn to make
“urge” go away with some simple, easy-to-learn techniques.
- Learn to increase the capacity of your bladder so you
don’t have to go to the bathroom so often. Once every three or four hours is
considered normal.
- You could be one of the thousands of people who
eliminate the need for bladder control pads and bladder control medication.
